UKD200 CUTTER-LOADER


UKD200 Cutter-loader features a cutting machine fitted with the screw-type cutters used to break and load coal onto the mine conveyor. Screw-type cutters are arranged on the ends of the machine body that is equipped with the cutter mechanism speed reducers and the motor located between the screws when the machine is set in the face bench. The cutter-loader is set on the pan of the flight conveyor with the portal member attached to the speed reducers of the cutter mechanism. The machine travels along the flight conveyor by means of the outboard feed system.

UKN400 - This is a high-duty cutter-loader of a new generation that enables to drastically increase the coal winning output in thin coal seams, improve the face mining complex efficiency, its reliability and safety and extend the face length being worked as much as possible.
